This book is for anyone who does not function well or does not want to participate in the typical diet, image focused and product heavy fitness industry. This book's purpose is not to point fingers at any one type of food plan, company or fitness style. It is simply a stripped down, back to basics food and health philosophy for those who are trying to repair an unhealthy relationship with food and with their bodies. It's a book for people who binge eat, over eat, struggle with excessive consumption of unhealthy foods, have stopped enjoying food or spend too much time crying over diets and their body.
This book is a book of tools, used to help create healthy behaviors, thought patterns and food choices. Use these tools on their own, add some of your own ideas or use them in conjunction with another plan you are already following. Health and fitness is not one size fits all, and I have no intention of selling this book as such.
